The client is looking for a Vietnamese Senior Project Manager to lead the project team to develop multiple factory sites in the outskirts of Hochiminh City and neighbouring provinces
Description
The client is looking for a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the group Project Director and lead a team of professionals to manage the portfolio located in Hochiminh City and neighbouring provinces.
Planning - Setting project charters, key success criteria for the entire project life cycle, engagement of consultants
Execution - Implement the project plan including leading the internal project team, consultant and contractor team, monitor performance and quality control, ensure time-line and financial management as well as change management process.
Handover - Ensure timely handover of site with full authority and company standard acceptance standard being met and provide project audit/assessment.
Profile
The successful candidate shall possess good level of English communication (writing and speaking), a degree in Civil Engineering/Building or related. Leadership, time management and negotiation skill are essential for the position.
The client is looking for a candidate with min 7 years of experience in construction project management with preferably industrial experience and have work in a foreign companies and for foreign clients.
