Senior Project Manaer (FMCG)

o Review job estimate and prepare project budgets.
o Estimate and negotiate change orders
o Prepare/ review submittals
o Track, forecast, report labor hours and material costs
o Buyout major equipment and subcontracts
o Expedite and track deliveries of major equipment/materials
o Maintain working knowledge of general conditions, work scope and specifications of project contract/subcontract
o Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work including preparation of subcontract/contract integrated project schedule
o Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications
o Prepare fabrication shop work package including detail drawing review, material take off and buyout, and man-hour fabrication budget
o Ensure full compliance with UMC Safety Program at the jobsite
o Provide proactive, clear and timely communication to team members
o Be professional and uphold UMC Core Values
o Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.
o Review project scope, and manage the budget and schedule.
o Good project skills - working to budget and deadlines, prioritizing workload and experience working on contracts
o Excellent communication skills

o A minimum of 5-10 years experience as a mechanical project manager
o University graduate major in Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent.
o 5+ years of experience in Project management process of installation and debugging, good at coordination work arrangements;
o Experience in process engineering
