Senior Project Finance Manager

This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, reporting to CFO.

* Project Investment
1. Financial projections and analysis for existing projects and new investments including:
a. Undertake project/investment evaluation, research, due diligence, completion audits from finance and tax perspectives
b. Coordinate with Management team and local in-charge of respective projects and business units’ for
• structuring of the investments/projects
• arranging financing (e.g. debt and equity)
• developing projections of returns, cash flow, budgets, forecasts
• monitoring and reporting of project implementation progress and performance

* Treasury / Financing
2. Work with local management team to secure credit facilities for existing projects and new projects.

* Others
3. Support the Estate Management function in financial and tax matters relating to township maintenance and property management.
4. Lead or contribute in other work as assigned

• Good degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which recent years of experience are preferably with the real estate industry
• Past experience with investment analysis, financial modelling
• Experience in securing credit facilities for real estate development
• Past working experience with a multi-national corporation
• Proven managerial and leadership skills and track record
• Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented
• Willing and able to be hands-on to complete assigned tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese for work/business purposes
