1. Project Proposal Work
• Prepare Proposal Strategy
• Establish Organization
• Prepare and control schedule for proposal preparation
• Prepare proposal EPC Schedule in Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy project
• Prepare Project Planning material for proposal such as Engineering, EPCC schedule, Level 1, 2, 3, Critical Path, Milestone Chart
• Evaluate schedule proposed by subcontractor
• Prepare overall cost summary
• Lead and coordinate all engineering, procurement, and construction estimation work
• Review and finalize Contract Agreement
• Negotiation with Client to come up a Contract
2. Project Execution
• Prepare Project Execution Strategy
• Establish and control Project Organization
• Prepare and Control the budget for project execution
• Preparation of 3, 4 weeks look ahead schedule
• Develop, monitor, update and control of EPC Schedule level 3 and Construction Schedule level 4
• Control and Coordinate all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities with Clients, Engineering Disciplines, Vendors, and Subcontractors
• Control EPC progress and prepare monthly (or weekly) progress report
• Prepare Proposal Strategy

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experienced in Oil and Gas/Power/Chemical Project Engineering, Procurement and Construction Field
• Experience working as Project Engineer
• Experience working as an engineer/designer in one of areas as Civil/Piping/Electrical/Process/Instrument
• Very good command of English
• Can develop EPC Schedule Level 1, 2 & 3
• Excellent computer skill in MS Office, MS Project and with knowledge to operate Primavera (P6) is an advantage
• At least 1-year experience in Renewable Energy project would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of standard international styles for business communication and experience in the preparation of business and technical correspondences
• Experienced in Oil and Gas/Power/Chemical Project Engineering, Procurement and Construction Field
• Experience working as Project Engineer
• Experience working as an engineer/designer in one of areas as Civil/Piping/Electrical/Process/Instrument
