Mô tả công việc
1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
- Prepare budget & schedule estimation for investment budget approval
- Technical evaluation of vendor quotation & carry out procurement with purchasing
- Co-ordinate with the site construction team for execution, T&C and hand over to internal clients
- Ensure all project activities are properly recorded for future reference
2. Performance overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
- Ensure scope of work follow applicable standard (Bosch & General Industrial standards)
- Initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity
- To resolve site issues with site construction team
3. Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance on a regular basis
- Payment document after project completion
4.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical or related field from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP projects, included 3 years in international environment
- Experience with manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred
- Has working knowledge of methods, materials, techniques, applicable to building construction, installation equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to deal effectively with a variety of interpersonal relationships and situations
- Effective organizational, time management, as well as prioritizing skills. Has the ability to manage diverse groups of construction personnel.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint
- Basic in Auto CAD
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP projects, included 3 years in international environment
