Mô tả công việc
Handle Purchase Order (PO) from customer and follow up shipments.
Issue daily/weekly/monthly production plans to workshop, follow up progress of production planning
Making weekly, montly, yearly report
1. Handle customer’s PO:
Confirm customer’s PO information and handle PO system works, including PO checking, PO filing, ERP handling, internal routing slip, shipping documents.
Feedback delivery schedule to customer base on planner confirmation.
Organize daily shipping list, distribute shipping information and documents to customer. Maintain customer system if need.
Billing and payment checking and follow up.
Coordinate urgent delivery requirements.
2. Production planning
Base on sale order, inventory of materials, manpower and capacity to issue production planning to each workshop.
Coordinate with buyer to arrange materials for production.
Follow progress of production planning together with workshop.
Daily meeting with QA/ workshop to find out the reason and solution for issue related to production.
3. Support sales
Gather and analyze customer forecast.
Close communication with customer, understand customer expectation, market share and competition situation.
KPI measurement, organize reports.
Other paper work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A University degree in logistics/SCM, business management or similar preferred.
At least 5 year working experience in production planning.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Korean speaking is an advantage.
Good at excel, Logic thinking, good customer service spirit.
Can work over time and work under high pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as work in team.
Efficient communicator, quick learner and strong execution capability.
C. Salary and benefit
Well trained and dedicated to being able to catch the pace smoothly, team building, YNP…
Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company. There will be exceptions for excellent candidates.
Propationary period: 2 months with full social benefits in accordance with the company and the law of Vietnam.
Professional environment and clear procedures.
Time to work: from Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month).
Company ‘s bus to pick up from Hanoi to Bacninh and vice verce.
Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted.
