We are hiring for challenging role as Production Manager within a multinational environment serving top brands worldwide


Description

The senior production Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, will be responsible of the following activities:

* maximises production activities and guarantees production schedules respecting safety, customer service, quality and cost
* is responsible of the team culture, productivity and team commitment
* checks and preapares reports on production results VS planned, quality defects, trouble shooting and maintenance
* proposes to the management team new procedures, process improvements and products modifications
* participate to Kaizen events and leads Lean activities on the BU assigned
* cooperates to cross functional meetings and visits international peers for sharing the best practices.


Profile

The ideal Senior Production Manager, has University degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields and 5+ years experience as production leader in complex production environments.

Has strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge, possibly having a belt, visible leadership charather and business acumen.

Fluency in English is a must
