Senior Product Manager

Marketing and Product management
• Development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible
• Product Management
 Portfolio Management including inventory management and cost containment
 Development of training materials and conducting training for the New Employees Training Program
• Planning and execution of marketing activities
 Product campaigns/promotions
 Exhibition booth
• Development of selling aids on a half yearly/yearly basis
• Provide 2nd line technical/application support e.g. evaluations, projects, troubleshooting
• Support field force
 Customer presentation
 Market intelligence and competitor product updates
 Formulation of sales arguments
 Product information updates
• Assist in market surveys for market assessment and development (internal/external)
• Regularly monitor sales performance of responsible products and actively implement initiatives to close gaps
• Recommend pricing & forecasting for the products responsible
• Prepare and plan annual Marketing Expenses budgets
• Lead and develop subordinates for a solid team performance
• Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point.

You have

• Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines
• MBA in Marketing will be an advantage
• Multi-national companies experience at similar industry - at least 4 years’ experience in healthcare sales
• Marketing and business development experience will be a plus

You are someone who possess a good presentation, negotiation, communication, problem solving and analytic skills
