Senior Procurement Manager (Service/marketing)

● Develop the procurement function focus strategy through country spend analysis
● Building Procurement initiative pipeline to build price catalogue and minimized redundant procurement process
● Build the procurement initiative pipeline for all procurement category spend
● Develop necessary Country Procurement Procedure to matched with in-country regulatory
● Ensuring the capability of the Procurement team to lead the vendor selection process align with the Procurement Procedure and proactively involve inside high-profile category bidding process
● Achieve country target saves, both Cost Reduction and Cost Avoidance
● Developing the team skill to support the procurement activities
● Managing Procure-to-Pay process, align with the organization standard SLA
● Ensuring procurement documentation is properly align with the Procurement Procedure
● Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation process and build relationship with Businesses to ensure “Early Procurement Involvement"

● Proven working experience as a procurement manager, procurement officer or head of procurement, minimum 7 years procurement experience
● Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market. Marketing activity exposure is a must
● Talent in negotiations and networking, co-ordination with other departments
● Good knowledge in using SAP Procurement Module
