Senior Procurement & Logistic (Solar Energy)

- Genuine Experience in Procurement and Logistics in the Solar Energy Industry In Vietnam and South East Asia
- To order, deliver and control all material, equipment and spares for the project, using procurement processes to maintain the best value for the business in terms of time, quality and cost.
- Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors
- Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
- Reviews and follows up on expediting schedules on all purchase orders.
- Obtains and forwards information to planning, project, functional and operational teams
- Review freight rates: air, courier, and land
- Supports the project team in day to day activities

-Skilled in working with vendors, negotiating contracts, conducting audits, conducting financial analysis and managing the supply base post-negotiations.
- Experience of working within a construction/renewable energy environment preferred
