Mô tả công việc
Processes:
- Measuring - Selecting & Facet Inspection
- Rolling / Calibrating
1. Process owner of respective process
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the respective process
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
- Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
- Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instructions
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
- Make status report about project progress and and release report
4. Running and improving the respective process
- Increasing machine's capacity by applying TPM & LEAN manufacturing tools
- Initiate OEE improvements
- Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining Bosch Production System (BPS)
- Deploy BPS principles to process area
- Find solution for a better BPS concept

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Automation
- 3-4 years of relevant experiences are preferred
- Experience in inspection process is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Good understanding & application of structured & systematic problem-solving tools and methods (FMEA, 8D, 5 whys, fishbone, ...)
- Good understanding of statistical process control & process capability index (Cp, Cpk, ...)
- Willingness to take over responsibilities
- Project/ task management
- 3-4 years of relevant experiences are preferred
- Experience in inspection process is an advantage
- Good command of English
