Senior Process Engineer

1. JOB PURPOSE
• Provide engineering analysis, evaluation and coordination on the operation production lines to maximize production yield, quality and safety factors.
• Coordinate and integration all activities to make equipment and systems maintained and utilized effectively.

2. JOB DIMENSIONS
• Responsibility:
- Mainly in charge of equipment and systems of production lines
- Make plan and get approval from Manager when carry out maintenance, production line improvement or process change.

• Authority:
- Direct report to Production Manager.
- Closely working with Foremen/Assistant Foremen. Be able to request their support.
- Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.

3. PRICIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide analysis, evaluation and give countermeasures to solve the problems.
• Review and analyze current production procedures to identify inefficiencies. Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement improvements in processes that increase yields and rates on assigned production lines.
• Make reports as Manager request.
• Coordinate activities with the team across operations, technology, product for process improvement.
• Cooperate with maintenance team to maintain equipment in good conditions.
• Closely work with other sections to assure good quality for output products.
• Take responsibility for ISO activities in Department

• Majored in Automation or chemical process engineer
• At least 5 year experiences in factory production and/or engineering field.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technical skills.
• Capable of learning new processes quickly
• Strong desire to improve processes and resolve problems
• Innovation mindset.
• Proficiency in English
