Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for technical control in belt assembly process
- Solve technical issue in assembly process
- Implement TPM activities
- Machines & equipment (MAE) parameter & process control
2. Maintain and improve belt assembly process (safety, quality, cost and delivery)
- Cooperate with other departments to maintain & improve MAE performance
- Perform process confirmation, GEMBA, …
- Lead for continuous improvement process
3. Define and maintain standards for belt assembly process
- Create & maintain working standards (e.g. work instructions, ...)
- CP and P-FMEA creation and updating
4. Responsible for releasing new process, new MAEs projects
- Create and maintain process / MEA specification
- Follow up process installation: PFEP, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT),…
- Release of manufacturing process for series production: release protocol, initial sample run (ISR), object release, process release, SOP, …
5. Preparation of production and production changes
- Responsible for production and delivery release
- Responsible for EWAK and PPAP production incl. preparation and coordination between departments
- Responsible for introduction of ECR’s over complete value stream, coordinating departments

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
- Engineer BA (mechanical/ mechatronics, electrical, automation, industrial engineering)
2. Work Experience
- 3 - 5 years in an industrial manufacturing plant
- Candidates with relevant experience in testing/ inspection/ image processing/ AOI processes are strongly preferred
3. Traits & Skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Project / Task Management
- Reporting skill (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
- Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn
- Results / Cost Orientation
