(*) JOB SUMMARIES:
Senior PR and Communications Specialist will be responsible for media and public relation activities of the company with both internal & external parties. The job holder is required to possess strong skills in content planning, copywriting, organizing and coordinating PR activities. Besides, the position also requires its holder to partake in branding projects and in cross functional activities.
(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Finance:
- Develop an understanding of the basic financial status of PR function and activities
- Ensure to execute MKT plan and PR plan in accordance with MKT and PR budget relatively
- Deal with agencies/ vendors for a reasonable price and record expense in a timely manner
2. Business Development & Customer Service:
- Initiate ideas and execute activities to build rapport with media and related stakeholders
- Follow up activities to maintain relationship between Talentnet and media
- Actively follow up parties for Talentnet public content
3. Process/Function:
- Jointly brainstorm and initiate ideas for PR Strategy and PR plan
- Manage PR calendar and media plan to make sure airing timeline for both corporate and project-based PR strategy
- Construct press release, press materials and appropriate PR contents and tactics through various channels
- Sell-in stories on the phone and be prepared to speak to journalists and 3rd parities
- Build and maintain relations with targeted media to successfully obtain press coverage
- Manage all PR reports, PR materials and news monitoring to ensure they are in place for tracking and recording
- Handle and supervise PR-related activities (Press conference, Press briefing, CSR, Media Tour, PR – Media agency….)
- Liaise with internal departments to understand client insights for appropriate PR outlets
- Jointly brainstorm marketing initiatives with project team
- Jointly developing and executing marketing plan for corporate branding activities
- Support other administration tasks.
4. Learning & Growth:
- Participate in the seminars/events for updating knowledge and self-improvement about branding
- Take part in events for MKT knowledge
- Read newspapers/ magazines to achieve news about the market
5. Major Challenges:
- To understand company business knowledge and client’s insight and build good relationship with external parties for result achievement

(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ economics/ business administration
2. Experience:
- Essential: 3-5 years of experience at PR/ MKT
- Desirable: Experience in media relations activities is a plus
3. Abilities/Skills:
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Presentable, open and active
- Good sense of business
- Proven experience and ability in PR content strategy and copywriting in both English and Vietnamese
- Analytical thinking and organization skill
- Quick learner and strong decision maker
- Able to work with multi tasks and under pressure
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
- Strong leadership to effectively facilitate project activities and members
