Senior Position of Quality Department

Direct report to/ Báo cáo trực tiếp cho: Quality Manager

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/ Các trách nhiệm chính:

1. Make sure the Quality Assurance Process is in place
Đảm bảo Quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng trong nhà máy
2. Train new staff to achieve company Key Performance Indicators ( KPI)
Đào tạo cho nhân viên mới đạt được các chỉ tiêu đánh giá của công ty
3. Cooperate with production and make decision in timely manner
Hợp tác với sản xuất và ra quyết định đúng lúc
4. Perform other related duties as required under the direction of direct manager
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.

- Bachelor Science degree (preferably Textiles or Engineering)
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing is preferable
- Knowledge/experience of sewing, quality, preferably in underwear
- Must have good written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to interact with all levels.
- Demonstration of sound problem solving abilities, as well as, possession of required organizational skills.
- Team player and good leadership quality
- Good Vietnamese and English language skills, good computer skills
