Mô tả công việc
• Develop strategy & tactical execution of digital performance plans
• Create, manage and execute paid display, social and search campaigns
• Actively monitor, identify trends, optimize, provide recommendations and create reports for client’s campaigns
• Manage and analyze performance of client’s digital assets and prepare monthly & quarterly reports
• Deep-dive into digital analytics to evaluate campaign performance and providing actionable insights for our clients backed by data.
• Support planning teams with insights and learnings across performance digital channels
• Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social.
• Manage timely, accurately and profitably all digital suppliers
• Train and manage team members

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A minimum of 3-year hands-on experience in digital performance media, preferably in digital or media agency.
• Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of digital platforms and their role in forming and being part of a larger digital ecosystem.
• Hero in data pivoting, using analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc)
• Full capability to set up third party pixel tracking (view & conversion) for campaign inside Tag Manager and various vendors such as DoubleClick, Sizemek, MOAT, etc
• Experience in running digital advertising and promotion campaigns at scale on digital platforms, including media planning.
• Possess the ability to create a well thought out, data-backed media plan
• Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
• Strong strategic thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
• Well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
• Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.
• Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
