II. RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
• Employ an impeccable execution of online advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, ASO, email marketing, and content syndication.
• Optimize targeting, segmentation, and allocation of budgets across multiple channels to generate cost effective user actions
• Ensure that leads are converted into paid customers through well-crafted campaigns and close collaboration with the sales team
• Work with internal and external production professionals in the delivery of activity, from proposals, design, and actual build.
• Report timely on the effectiveness of campaigns, conversion rates, online-generated sales. Conducts analyses on the performance against ROI and KPIs. Estimate profitability of those campaigns.
• Develop in-house marketing automation
• Identify growth opportunities, develop new and innovative growth strategies
• Seek & develop marketing partnerships
Collaboration
• Collaborates with sales, customer support, product team in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns, landing pages, CRM, based on the real-time performance and ROI

III. REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years experience with a track record in digital/performance marketing positions, experience in EdTech or education is a big plus
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in performance marketing
• An “A-team” player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
• Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by growth & productivity
• Have a positive can do attitude, have initiative and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
• Native Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to manage, prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
