Senior Payroll Officer is responsible for End to end preparing and processing of payroll in all Asia Countries (China, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India, etc.):
• Run payroll operations and verifies that the pay decision comply with the legislation
• Work with a regional team of payroll and helps to make sure that the pay decision comply with the legislation
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
• Work closely with Regional Payroll Teams for monthly payroll preparation and payroll related issues/reports
• First point of contact for all payroll related queries
• Timely and clear balance sheet reconciliations
• Calculating and processing any terminations/resignations
• Calculating and paying all social and fiscal contributions linked to salary
• Improvement of payroll process
• Other tasks as requires

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• You have at least 5-year experience in HR Analyst positions, Payroll or financial experience
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• You are fluent in English and able to use it as your main working language
• Comfortable with processing end to end payroll for high level of employees
• Comfortable with global accounting and accounting entries linked to payroll
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly action orientated and motivated, displaying a strong sense of urgency
• Exhibit problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and energetic approach
• Commitment to honesty, integrity and quality with a high work ethic
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
