Ranking: Assistant Vice President
* Responsibilities:
• To process opening/closing/updating accounts and also fixed deposit accounts. To ensure that the application forms and supporting documents for account opening are properly completed.
• To process cash withdrawal / deposit, cheques and other counter teller works timely and accurately.
• To attend customer’s inquiries via telephones and at bank counter.
• To check daily account services and payment ops reports, ensure all daily transactions are accurately processed and captured in systems. Report discrepancies, if any, to supervisor promptly.
• To process payment transactions including VND & FCY, inward & outward, overseas & domestic remittances promptly and accurately based on established operational procedures.
• To maintain filing documents properly.
• To ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports to Head Office and local Regulators.
• To perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead of T&O from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in operations preferred, minimum 2 years’ experience in account service and payment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
