Play the roles as Packaging Technology Owner and Site Owner:
- Lead packaging development for Innovation project with Marketing team to drive "Right in the first time".
- Lead packaging productivity projects with procurement, production, ME, PA... to deliver AOP project and annually productivity saving target.
- Lead qualification for new supplier, new material to support the production and supply chain to avoid corruption due to material shortage. Lead or co-lead packaging trial at plant with project team to deliver the AOP goal.
- Own 1-2 packaging technologies as technical owner and 1-2 sites as Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
Key Accountabilities:
1. Lead Innovation projects with Marketing to support business grow strongly and smoothly
2. Lead Productivity projects to deliver annually cost saving target and sustain the supply chain
3. Key person as Technologies and sites owner to lead packaging activities at manufacturing like line trial, investigation and CAPA for packaging quality issue
4. Training activities: Develop & own technical skill matrix; Build up capabilities of both nation and manufacturing Team by holding the technology basic & advance training.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical/ Industrial)
- Minimum 4 year experience in Food / Beverage industry
- Good English proficiency
- Have comprehensive understanding of related packaging technology and quality management system.
- Multi-tasking, project management, team-work
- Good verbal & written communication skills, effective influencing skills, time management
- Having basic knowledge and skills of investigation and CAPA development is advantage.
- Minimum 4 year experience in Food / Beverage industry
- Good English proficiency
- Have comprehensive understanding of related packaging technology and quality management system.
- Multi-tasking, project management, team-work
- Good verbal & written communication skills, effective influencing skills, time management
- Having basic knowledge and skills of investigation and CAPA development is advantage.
