Mô tả công việc

• Engage in the delivery of support services
• Monitor, manage and resolve support incidents in conjunction with the central Managed Services Helpdesk
• Involve in the development of new IT solutions and the maintenance of support documentation
• Involve in pre-sales activities, give technical input to proposals, deliver presentations
• Provide technical support, consultancy and administration across a range of technologies, networking, storage and cloud / virtualization services
• Work closely with implementation consultants, offshore Managed Services consultants and client staff to scope and deliver projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and/or Experience
• B.S., M.S. in Information Technology or relevant major
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering technical support services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Hands-on experience of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Databases (11i to R12, R12.1 to R12.2)
• The ability to take ownership for assigned tasks on projects, reporting on personal progress
• Ability to communicate with the team and clients across multiple geographies
• Proficiency in English
