Mô tả công việc
Job purpose:
The position will be providing daily analysis to improve company's digital marketing programs. You will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital optimization team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across the industries.
Job Responsibility:
• Grow our user base through profitable user acquisition channels by managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns for our mobile apps and games.
• Constantly track and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities to increase CTR, conversion rate, new user volume, LTV and ROI (A/B testing, targeting, creative performance, marketing messages, etc.).
• Oversee the progress of integrating attribution analytics SDKs and take care of the dashboards to ensure marketing optimization decisions are driven by accurate and real data.
• Generate detailed spend, performance reports and be able to translate the data into the reports into actionable insights to present to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate and work effectively with multiple internal teams (creative design, marketing, product).
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, emerging marketing platforms and be capable of building strong relationships with them, especially international mobile advertising networks.
• Responsible for some internal projects to improve team’s efficiency & productivity.
• Finalize and report to the management level and BOD.
• Other tasks under assignment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2+ years of experience managing large UA campaigns, preferably in mobile games, e-commerce, fintech.
• Passionate about digital marketing and app grown.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly motivated.
• Must be very comfortable with data analysis and enjoy working with data to understand performance, optimize campaigns, measure results and make decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in performance-based marketing with the demonstrated understanding of CPA, CPI, ARPU, LTV, ROI.
• Experience in digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Apple Search Ad, other ad networks.
• Capable of proposing new ideas.
• Able to own projects and teamwork.
• Passionate about digital marketing and app grown.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly motivated.
