Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager (m/f) to oversee Mister Loo’s business operations and procedures in Vietnam. As such, you are a key member of the management team, working directly with the Swiss Co-Founders of Mister Loo to lead the day to day operational activities and to secure the functionality of the business.

Main tasks
- Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures including:
1) Recruiting, overseeing and coaching facility management staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication
2) Scheduling and supervising Mister Loo’s facility staff members to ensure effective operations
3) Documentation of processes, routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Customer support and manage relationships with selected partners and suppliers
- Reporting to the Co-Founders in all matters of importance

- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Operations
- Independent, strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and an innovative approach to addressing operational challenges
- Vietnam national with very good knowledge in English communication (spoken and written)
- Own vehicle and possess of valid driving license are of advantage
- Willingness to travel around Vietnam
