Senior Operational Marketing Executive

Key accountabilities:

Operational marketing (80%)
Distribution marketing for exclusive & non-exclusive channel & other channels as assigned (80%)
- Supporting the operational marketing activities for bancassurance partners.
- Developing and producing marketing materials including leaflets, posters and flyers which involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
- Organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
- Implementing the items of promotion programs, both tactical and product promotions in good quality. Liaising and coordinating with related teams to ensure the campaigns are properly delivered to customers and the bank partners.
- Supporting leaders to propose the open letters, product advertising through email, SMS, and digital marketing tools.

Others (20%)
- Managing the gift inventory and the production of marketing materials.
- Proposing, controlling and using the budget assigned to the highest possible efficiency
- Assisting line managers to propose the plan regarding the company strategy and annual marketing programs.
- Handling other tasks as delegated by the leaders and line managers.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business or relevant Marketing qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a similar role
- Fluent English and MS Office
- Practical experience of the ability to quickly implement new initiatives
- Project management experience
- Experience of managing a diverse team incorporating Campaigns and Digital
- Able to handle internal and external relationship well
- Able to handle projects, campaigns independently
- Can do attitude & hard-working
- Innovative and an eye on details
