Senior Operation Manager

• In charge of managing overall activities of Phone and Field Verification & Data check.
• In charge of training and evaluating performance, working efficiency of all staffs in Phone & Field verification & Data check
• Supervising and speeding up the deployment and implementation of human resources plans to ensure good fulfillment of tasks and KPIs of Check, Phone & Field Verification.
• In charge of all weekly and monthly meetings of Data check,Phone & Field Verification.
• Being representative for Phone, check & Field Verification to attend all sum-up meetings relating operating status of Operations Division.
• Assigning staffs to do verification tasks by phoning ,check and field visiting.
• Performing periodic working reports for Head of OPS Division.
• Building and improving reporting system, working procedures.
• In charge of managing, preventing and handling negative behaviors and credit risks within teams.
• Perform other related tasks as required by Head of OPS Division.

Responsibility at Data Check
• Responsible for managing the approval ratio at the Data Check and Policy Check.
• Update the policies from the Risk Management Department, ensure the latest policies are being applied at the Data Check Division
• Keep update the change of system as well as regularly review training documents for Division users.
• Analyze, evaluate the quality of application’s documents and system to determine the irrationalities, potential risks and to propose appropriate solutions for improvement at Data Check and Policy Check Stages
• Complete the approval process for loan application in the Data Check and Policy Check Stages
• Develop training plans for Division.

PHONE VERIFICATION
• Controlling and managing quality of applications verified by Phone verification teams
• Responsible for professional guidance for Team Leaders and staffs of Phone verification.
• Proposing measures to improve operational efficiency of Phone Verification.
• Managing time, tasks, quality and discipline of verification staffs.
• Implementing management, quality control, professional guidance; directly participating in verification activities and taking responsibility for all comments and ideas.
• Develop training plans for staffs of Phone Verification.
• Composing processes, regulations; building operating models for Phone Verification.
• Proposing measures to resolve mistakes and prevent fraud in process of Phone verification.

FIELD VERIFICATION
• Managing and operating overall activities of Field Verification before the loans are approved and disbursed.
• Being contact point with third partners of Field Verification.
• Controlling and managing quality of Field verification to ensure the compliance with processes (SOP).
• Monitoring daily operation following processes and productivity targets of staffs in improve productivity and working efficiency.
• Monitoring and speeding up the implementation and deployment of plans regarding staff resources to ensure KPI fulfillment of Field Verification and Operations Division.
• Developing and improving processes of Field Verification (SOP).
• Managing training activities for Team Leaders and new officers.
• In charge of resolving mistakes and risks causes by staffs of Field Verification

• Graduated from University of Finance/Economics/Banking.
• At least 7 years of experience at middle or senior management level in Verification departments of finance companies of banks.
• Understanding territories of Vietnam.
• Ability to go for business.
• Good communication, presentation, training, management and motivation for staffs.
• Experience in managing over 50 staffs.
• Ability to analyze data, report and fulfill tasks within deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems requiring accuracy and speed.
• Positive thinking and enthusiastic in work.
• MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint…)
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
