Mô tả công việc
- Support the Warehouse Manager to ensure effective operation and maintain the warehouse.
- Working with management system and closely coordinate with Finance Team in managing the stock inventory.
- Manage and supervise the expenses for the operation of the Warehouse.
- Play as a supervisor to handle all things relates to general admin tasks.
- Define the issues and suggest the solutions to improve the operation processes in Warehouse.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in related fields.
- At least 1-3 year experience in Logicstics/ Administration/ Operation Position (Fresh graduates are acceptable)
- Honest, hard - working, patient.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and highly responsible.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Well-organized, planning skill.
- English or Chinese communication is a MUST.
- Fluent in MS Office, other computing skills.
- Age: 22 – 35
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Salary : 700-1,000 USD/ month.
- Annual leave.
- Working time: 8 hours / day, Monday - Saturday (can be flexible by objectives).
- Full insurance policy according to the law (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance ...)
- Company trip: 1-2 times / year
- Line Managers: Taiwanese & Singaporean
- Candidates in HCM city will be supported with accommodation/ renting fee in VT city and return ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau once a week.
- Working Environment: international, flexible, creative, young.
- Working Connection: with foreign experts, foreign colleagues from Germany, France, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, …
- Working Opportunity: having chances to rotate working in other branches such as Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, India, Indonesia in when job needed.
- Working Colleagues: young, open-minded, good mindset, good attitude, hard-working, responsible.
- Working Place: Mainly base in Warehouse in Phu My - Vung Tau but occasionally travel between VT-HCM Office.
