Senior Operation Afreight Manager

* Support BOD in all issues related to air freight forwarding operations
* Be responsible for the development of department and consultancy with GM for all policies related to job productivity
* Maintain and develop relationship with customers together with BOD and Business Development team
* Negotiate with airlines for good pricing and capacity supply
* Be responsible for management of operations and budget for department
* Arrange assignment for direct subordinates, guide and supervise actual execution of subordinates
* Build up SOPs, guide direct subordinates to supervise the execution of operational services
* Set up plan and improve business procedures effectively
* Co-ordinate with Business Development and operational departments to settle complaints and process counter-measures and improvement.
* Support FAD in outstanding cases of customers.

Managerial experience of more than 05 years in air operation
Wide knowledge in Air export-import & logistics.
Work independently.
Work under high pressure with responsibility and learning desire.
Master and handle unexpected issues.
