Senior Officer, Surveillance Operations

Duties may include but not limited to:
 Operate CCTV and associated equipment
 Conduct surveillance monitoring of all gaming and other areas
 Observe and report on activity viewed via the CCTV system
 Detect occurrences of cheating and illegal activities
 Detect inaccuracies
 Be alert and vigilant – good concentration skills
 Assist the Supervisor and if required act as Supervisor
 Maintain a high level of knowledge of procedures of the areas that are monitored
 Maintain a high level of knowledge of department procedures
 Write reports and complete logs as required
 Guide and coach Surveillance Operators in their duties
 Be a reliable and dependable team member
 Meet all expectations of the position.

Qualifications/Requirements
 High School preferred
 Minimum 2 years previous casino surveillance experience as an Officer or Senior in local or regional casino operations
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
 Customer service and delivery focused
 Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
 Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues
 Good knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
