FWD currently are looking for two positions for Finance Reporting with job description as follows:
In Job:
1. Senior Officer, Budget Planning and Cost Control
- Prepare and check the monthly operating expense report by cost center.
- Verify the budget balance of the purchase request from other Departments.
- Co-ordinate with all departments to prepare the quarterly forecast and annual budget planning.
- Evaluate key costing increase/decrease factors and make sound recommendations
- Reconcile BS and P/L accounts to ensure the reporting is correct.
2. Officer, GL & Fix Asset Control
- Prepare GL posting: Salary, Accrual, Interco…follow VAS and IFRS standard
- Prepare all the tax reports VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT Invoices… to ensure all Tax reports are comply with tax regulation.
- Prepare entries are relevant to accrual, prepayment, salary…
- Manage assets & equipment of the company: update the new purchase, movement of asset to SUN system, perform the periodically asset verification
In Job:

In Person:
1. Senior Officer, Budget Planning and Cost Control
- 3-5 years experience as a Finance analysis, Cost control, Auditor
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance
- Understand SUN system is preferable.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Understand all Tax regulations
- Good computer skill in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
2. Officer, GL & Fix Asset Control
- At least 2 years experience as a Tax Accountant, General Accountant or Fix asset control.
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance
- Understand SUN system is preferable.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Understand all Tax regulations
- Good computer skill in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
