Senior Officer - Finance Credit Management & Treasury

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The FINANCE AREAS are as follows:
• Credit Management: Coordinate to ensure prompt collection of all receivables and credit block processing; Prepare weekly credit reports for business teams; Support credit risk evaluation and management; Coordinate to create, maintain customer profiles and Credit master data. Provide insight to solve operational problems, inefficiencies and queries; Retain necessary documents for effective debt validation and recovery; Oversee dunning process and support debt recovery with collection agent, lawyer or court. Support provision for doubtful debts and write-off of bad debts with business teams; Understand and coordinate to ensure CARAT(Controlling Accounts Receivable Analysis Tools); FIT (Financial Intelligence Tool) and FSCM (Financial Supply Management) to be in good operation; Minimize DSO (Day Sales Outstanding), overdue quota and order blocks.
• Accounts Receivable: Support the process of end-to-end request/transaction together with Supply Chain and Shared Service Centre; Ensure prompt clearing of all collections Retain statement of accounts documentation and invoice according to local regulations; Ensure quality of accounts receivable reporting; Minimize unidentified/unallocated receipts and goods issued-but-not-billed.
• Treasury: Support to manage cash/liquidity position of the company and liaise with Regional Treasury team to ensure availability of funds; Review and ensure quality of bank and treasury activities reporting; Understand and coordinate to ensure for DBDI (Deutsche Bank Direct Internet) are in good operation.

• Education: University Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other equivalent qualifications.
• Working Experience: 3 years’ of relevant working experience in MNCs or financial institutions.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local Credit & Treasury management practices and receivables recording and management.
• Good English and computer skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantage.
