Senior Officer - Demand and Supply Planning, Construction Chemicals

1. Demand Planning
- Collect demand forecast (local & export) on monthly basis.
- Aggregate sales forecast and work close with sales lead to ensure forecast accuracy. Provide consolidated sales forecast to controller for monthly budget forecasting.
- Update sales forecast to APO and MRP system.

2. Supply Planning
- Break down aggregated sales forecast to raw materials level following BOMs.
- Calculate materials requirements by subtracting the stock and balancing with stock indicators.
- Raise purchase requisition to order materials per requirements, including merchandise item.

3. Schedule Planning
- Review stock on hand, actual sales, production schedule and sales forecast to work out OMP (own manufacturing products) demand replenishment planning on weekly basis.
- Update changes on demand requests, especially for MTO (make to order) and ad hoc order to production team.
- Coordinate with sale team and production on minimum stock and production lot size to avoid over stock holding.
- Receive export order, do planning for stock availability and coordinate with logistics/ CSO to ensure export order to be fulfilled and meet DC (delivery capability) KPI.

4. Raw material supply and inventory Monitoring:
- Monitor, coordinate with Procurement/ Logistics to ensure full delivery as planned; work with relevant teams to prepare contingency plan against shortage or surplus of materials.
- Track, analyze figures from SAP, actual production status and actual consumption to monitor the inventory level of raw material, packaging and OMP.
- Track stock on hand, pending orders on monthly basis and coordinate with salesman to define the solution for high aged inventory of merchandise products.
- Coordinate with QA, Technical and production to improve inventory levels especially high aged/expired stock.

5. Others:
- Analyze and report accuracy levels of forecast and communicate with sales teams for enhancement.
- Follow up BOM/ new product, new materials, and article code as part of activities to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Prepare and support the related data and needed analysis for S&OP meeting.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Industrial Management.
- Min 3 years’ experience in planning.
- Knowledge of trading process, material and inventory planning and management. Understanding of operation or purchasing process is advantage; Knowledge of ERP - material master data is preferred.
- Good command of English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
