Job Description
* To develop OH programme for HcP and ensure it's implemented in all work areas including shop-floors
* To work with relevant internal/external parties for implementation of health care/protection programme
* To manage an outsource First Aid Service Team in the Clinic to ensure it's worked effectively
* To work with relevant parties to ensure legal requirements for OH, food hygiene & working environment are performed timely and effectively.
* To manage all medical data, figures and information in confidential way properly
* To ensure timely update and reporting to HoD and Management on OH issues
* To develop OH working programme for HcP and its implementation in all work areas including shop floors
* To execute OH working programme for HcP in all work areas including shop-floors
* To conduct annual health check and Occupational heath screening for required working areas (legal)
* To conduct annual health check and Occupational heath screening for required working areas (legal)
* To analysis and work with Hospital partner on health supervision programme
* To manage Clinic operation: daily data collection, medical facility check, medicine inventory, 5S, etc
* To ensure food hygiene, food sampling, patrol and focus on balance & healthy foods implementation
* To conduct Working Env. Monitoring, Health risk assessment for hazardous substances, etc. as requirement
* Medical documentation, First Aid training supports and support other related admin activities
* Reporting and support Management upon request

Qualifications
1. Education:
* Bachelor of Nurse, Physician is minimum, General Medical Doctor is an advantage
2. Work experience:
* Strong experiences in OH role in JV or FDI working environment, experienced working in Plant/Operation for International Manufacturing Companies is a great advantage.
3. Traits and Skills:
* OH background and experience
* People managing and supervision skill (personality and voice)
* Structure Reporting and communication
* Flexibility
* English communication
* Ability to deal with 3rd party including Authority, knowledge on Local legal requirements
