Senior .Net Developer (Technical Leader)

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with other Technical Leads/Team Leads, testing team and team members.

- Provide leadership, code review, support, and motivation to team members.

- Control the assignation of work items to team members

- Analyse project requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.

- Solve issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.

- Identify and remove bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Develop software applications in compliance with coding-quality standards established within the company

- Make research and development (finding solution for difficult issues, studying new software, reading technical articles, searching new development environment...)

- Provide technical & analytical support to customers to identify requirements and develop qualified functionalities/projects

- Involve in monitoring, enhancing performance, user experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, computer sciences or equivalent

- At least 4 - 5 years of working experience

- Strong experiences with .NET framework, ASP.NET Web Form, ASP.NET MVC, ASP .NET Web API 2, JavaScript, frontend library, SQL Server 2008 and newer

- Skillful at HTML 5, CSS3, JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap

- Familiar with VS 2015 and newer

- Very strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Good communication in English

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Flexible working time (8 hours/day and 5 days/week from Monday to Friday) and no overtime
