We are looking for Senior .Net Developers (.Net Team Leader) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh city. The team is developing smart tools for the automotive industry (vehicle performance monitoring, testing management tool…).
You will be joining a proactive Scrum team. Co-operation with counterpart overseas (European & Asian) will also be required, with occasional overseas travel possible. If you have good experience in communicating with clients, managing new requirements and leading teams – congratulations – this role is the BEST choice for you!
HERE IS A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAILY CHALLENGE:
• Play Scrum Master role, collaborate in meetings with counterpart overseas and effectively communicate with the team
• Perform requirement analysis, design and technical documentation
• Take charge of task estimation
• Develop quality codes to ensure high quality product deliveries
• Perform product testing and provide test documentation to ensure quality consistency
• Support for team competence development (Knowledge sharing, Research, …)
• Mentor less-experienced members and review their codes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of working experience in C# .Net development
• Good knowledge of OOP/OOD, MVC, Design Patterns, Database concepts
• Good experience in database design, stored procedures and MS SQL
• Experience in VB.NET and Java is an advantage
• Familiar with software development processes, practical experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and Scrum Master role
• Good knowledge of source control and defect tracking tool
LANGUAGE EFFICIENCY & SOFTSKILLS
• Good English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
• Eager to learn & develop, able to handle multiple tasks, detailed-oriented
• Proactive, initiative, able to work independently and in a team
