Mô tả công việc
Objective: To assist our organization in delivering high quality events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness.
Daily job:
1. Work closely with product & marketing managers to identify event goals, content, and promotion, and coordinate all event logistics.
(events include product launch, press conference, roadshow, partner training...)
2. Oversee planning, production and execution of events to ensure event success.
3. Serve as event project manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: MKT agencies briefing & selection, pre-event planning, venue selection, agenda development and event flow, event promotion and registration, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, event follow-up and reporting, content creation, collateral creation, registration coordination, AV testing, speaker management, time management, etc...
4. Manage event calendar, project timelines, and event budget
5. Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote & design the event
6. Build and distribute regular pre-event status reports and post-event report (including data analysis & ROI)
Report to: Marketing Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Working experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing (Marketing technology products / services or in MKT agency is preferred)
- Languages: Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Main skills: Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Good communication & supervisory skills with high attention to detail
- Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
- Great sense of responsibility, able to work independently & under pressure
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event & MKT industry
