Directly report to Merchandising manager
Purpose of the position:
Manage the Merchandising to attain customer satisfaction through quality merchandise and on-time delivery and as per company and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Merchandising, Functions:
- Receive Tech Pack /fabric Swatches
- Pass Tech Pack to Sampling
- Conduct Tech Pack Review Meeting 48 Hours from receipt of Tech Pack
- Seek Clarifications from Buyer
- Create Color & Fabric Checklist
- Order Fabrics & Trims/Accessories
- Merchandisers Passes Fabric & Trims to Sampling pattern making and clarification
- Review Received Sample before Sending to Buyer
- Send the Sample to the Buyer
- Work with Mill on fabric and trims cost
- Receive Order from Buyer
- Conduct Style Review Meeting
- Receive First Dye Lot/Dev. sample From Supplier for Testing
- Arrange Trims & Fabric for Fitting Sample
- Submit Fit sample for Buyer Approval
- Do the Trim & fabric Approval Process with the Buyer
- Place fabric & Trim Bulk Order for Final Production to the Sourcing team
- Pre Production Fabric Testing
- Regular Follow-up with Suppliers + Keeping Our factories Informed
- Pass production file to production team.
Product Costing Functions
- Work with suppliers for fabric and trims cost and negotiate-

KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge in stiching and garment workmenship
• knowledge in apparel and fabric mostly knits
Qualification and Experience
• 2-3 years experience in apparel manufacturing.
• Experience working with GAP, AMERICAN EAGLE .
SKILLS
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English

• Good command of written and spoken English,
