Senior Merchandiser

Manage costing
- Making Cost breakdown, FOB price, offer and negotiation with buyers.
- Material sourcing and developing

Production
- Working with oversea team & factory for garment capacity / production schedule / line arrangement
- Manage and solve all problems during bulk production
- Work with factories to ensure quality, quantity, timing and pricing, Co-ordinate with Q / C to have PPM
- Communicate and report to buyer about production status and problem
- Communicate with logistic dept for shipping line, vessel schedule and loading issue.
- Finalize and resolve leftover material.

Payment & Claim Settling
- CM negotiation and Settle payment
- Settle garment shortage / Claim / production issue
- Submit pre-cost and post-cost as timing

Sample development
- Discuss with technician about workman ship or garment construction to check whether there is any better way to suggest buyer to make sample easier for bulk later.
- Make sample schedule and work with sample room to keep buyer’s request.
- Follow up sample making, check sample and make sample check list to send together with sample.

Purchasing materials
- Keep track of materials and payment for materials

Other allocation:
- Overview team members working and support them in anyways
- Working with subcontract fry such as Printing, Washing, Embroidery
- Report to Merchandiser manager and managements weekly
- Join in the buyer’s training or factory training as requested.
- Update company’s system / buyer’s system as timing

Requirements
- At least 10 years of merchandiser experience in the garment industry
- Be fluent in English.
