Mô tả công việc
• Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
• Assist in supervising the team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Provide input on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives
• Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network for product development and production
• Assist in supervising the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency
• Manage project from Sourcing, Product Development till Production
• Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs
• Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
• Supervise Merchandising Team in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Manage Product Development and Production to meet customers’ requirements and compliance standards
• Identify local and global market trends
• Analyze and research on product trend seasonal analysis reports
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms
• Develop solid network with suppliers' and maintain long term partnership with the customers, mills and factories
• Involve in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
• Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in English (written & spoken)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
• Occasional travel may be required
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
