- Assist Design Director to develop RFP and tender document
- Review design documents in each design phase and control design quality
- Coordinate with other disciplines to solve the technology issues
- Management of MEP consultants to support whole project
- Assist statuary permitting
- Solve the construction technology problem and issue the design change during the construction period

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 10 Years working experience, developer background priority
- HAVC education background, Bachelor Degree or above
- Familiar with HAVC products
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Working experience from the concept design to construction documents
- Large-scale retail and hotel design experience are required
- Competent in AUTOCAD, OFFICE and any other design / presentation software
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- HAVC education background, Bachelor Degree or above
- Familiar with HAVC products
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Working experience from the concept design to construction documents
