Work Location: 18Bis/3B Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Da Kao ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
Division/Department: Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in the preparation of cost estimates for mechanical systems on various projects
• To manage assigned Mechanical Engineering projects for delivery to clients on time and on budget
• To assist in the development of Junior Mechanical Engineers including technical support
• Develop, maintain and apply mechanical engineering standards within the company
• General mechanical design duties including CAD and basic design calculations
• To participate in commissioning activities of process line equipment and thermal processing systems for projects both in Vietnam and overseas
• To participate in commissioning of general process equipment
• To liaise with and assist customers with mechanical equipment issues including troubleshooting activities at their premises
• To participate in product development activities
• To assist in the maintenance of the company’s engineering reference database
• To assist sales personnel with technical advice or customer enquiries
• Report to the Engineering Manager or General Director for the performance of the Mechanical Engineering section

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• University qualified Mechanical Engineer
• From 5 years work experience in engineering (with foreign companies preferred)
• Experience with Thermodynamics and/or Heating/Cooling systems (preferred but not essential)
• General mechanical equipment design experience: AutoCAD experience (3D modelling), Inventor or other relevant software
• Exposure to heavy Industrial process equipment
• Proficient in English communication (written and oral)
• Computer proficiency (MS Office in particular)
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, positive attitude
• Hard working, team oriented and self-motivated
