Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Engineer

We are looking for vacancies as follows:

Position 1: Senior Engineering Engineer

1. Develop new methods to improve quality and reduce machine running cost, reduce tooling cost
2. Follow up, analyze technical issues of cutting tool (CNC, robot, drilling machine) and testing result
3. Review cycle time, control and set up CNC program
4. Provide ongoing technical support to existing operational production facilities
5. Take responsible to support automation projects in the factory to reduce manpower


Position 2: Senior Manufacturing Engineer/ Engineer
1. Ensure proper housekeeping of operations facilities, strictly disciplinary control in accordance to the policy and regulation
2. Ensure all operational equipments are in function in accordance to operational manuals or working instruction
3. Regularly check of all operational recording information based on ISO9001 & ISO14000 system
4. Conduct routine check for waste management
5. Daily monitor by shift, ensure all utilization and production are meet to the planning schedule provided
6. Regularly check of all parameters of CNC program, machines setting… and manage overtime arrangement
7. Provide proactive and contingent plan if daily output and NG percentage is not achieve
8. Manpower planning update in order to meet the headcount budget
9. Ensure utilization and efficiency report tabulate by the department is appropriate adequate and accuracy
10. Provide action plan for KPI achievement or demerit situation

University degree, major related to Mechanical/ Electrical field
Working experience: Preferred 2-3 years of working experiences in manufacturing for Engineer level
At least 5 years of working experiences in manufacturing for Senior Engineer level
Good understanding of CNC machines
Prefer having experiences in automotive industries
Can use MS Office, can communicate well in English
Hard working, active & creative
Good leadership and management skill
