Senior Mechanical Designer

To perform mechanical design works as per client's design specifications, EHS design guideline, International code & standard, local law regulations, scope of work (SOW) required.
Capable of providing designs and calculations in HVAC, CDA, PV, PCW, FP system…such as:
• Capacity Analysis
• Schedule of Mechanical Equipment
• P&ID Drawing
• Isometric drawing.
• Plan View of Mechanical systems
• Flow Diagrams
• Engineering Calculation revenant
• Control Block Diagram
• Control Element Wiring Diagram
• Control Philosophy, Sequence of Operation
• Equipment Specification and Schedule
• Tender Package (SOW write-up, List of Materials and IFC Drawing)
To be a Mechanical design lead for providing best engineering solutions and valves engineering to the group.
To coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
To arrange and participate into design review meetings relative.
To alliance with other discipline or external/external parties to prepare all of necessary document as per SOW required.
To provide consultancy to construction team to perform all the tasks require as stipulated in the SOW.
To witness and assist in system start-up and commissioning.
To review and approve for design change request as per the project required.
To review and approve for Shop Drawing/As built drawing/T&C checklist/ Operation & Maintenance manuals.
To resolve equipment/system performance with design related issues
To witness and assist in system start-up and commissioning
To review and approve for handover document before submitting to Client.
To assist for other related to design as per assigned by superiors.
**Note: please also attach samples of design calculation sheet for projects involved in the past which’s needed for candidate shortlisting step.

Education:
 Bachelor of engineering or higher in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (female candidates are welcome and preferable)

Working Experience:
 Minimum 7 years professional experience related to industrial factory building design.
 Got design Certificates in HVAC or M&E field

Technical & Professional Knowledge:
 Excellent presentation skills and marketing skills;
 Good written and spoken English

Special Requirements:
 Willing to travel; domestic and/ or international
 Willing to work overtime
