-Lead the Neurovascular Marketing for SEA Cluster 1 (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia)
-In collaboration with regional and local leadership, develop strategic direction for SEA CLUSTER 1, develop marketing and sales tactics, and execute annual commercial plan.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
-Annual Marketing Strategy
-New Product Introductions (NPIs) and product lifecycle management
-Coordinate with business and market development teams to establish and further acute ischemic stroke market development
-Manage local KOLs and establish and maintain peer-to-peer networks, leveraging Professional and Clinical Education team for advanced training programs around technology and disease
-Coordinate and execute local trade-show/medical congress activities
-Manage local branding and messaging for entire portfolio
-Synergize with RTG group and collaborate on broader brain initiatives
-Coordinate with local, regional and global supply chain and regulatory to ensure continuous product availability
-Recognized expert operating in high growth markets
-Influencing new product launches, processes and operational plans based on business strategy
-Independently implementing SEA cluster 1 strategic goals and establishing operational plans
-Demonstrated experience developing long range strategic plans
-Lead the Neurovascular Marketing for SEA Cluster 1 (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia)

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
-Bachelor's Degree Required
Nice to Have
-Must have at least a Bachelor qualification. Bachelor in Business Administration with major in Marketing or Science Degree is desirable
-Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
-Must possess previous sales experience in the medical industry.
-Must have deep knowledge of Vietnam market with at least 3 years Vietnam marketing experience.
-Must be a team player who is energetic, demonstrates strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities.
-Culturally sensitive and possess strong interpersonal communication skills
-Knowledge of Interventional Neuroradiology preferred and/or Neurosurgery experience
