Reports to: Marketing Head, Retail
OBJECTIVES:
• Be responsible for the trade and product marketing activities across, in line with the overall Retail Market Strategy & Division Strategy
• Focus on Modern Trade and OTC (Over The Counter) channel to deploy right marketing activities for delivering target sales of division
• Be the contact point/person between marketing department and sales teams to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Understand and effectively develop presentations for products, features, and benefits, ad hoc presentations and demo scripts for use by the sales and customers
ii. Position products and articulate their value proposition in presentations and marketing collateral
iii. Implements integrated marketing plan to extend core communication strategies across all elements of marketing mix, including advertising, online, in-store, PR and consumer activation platforms
iv. Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate
v. Executes key opinion leader development program
vi. Leads development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation
vii. Drives consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Field Force, using appropriate KPIs
viii. Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands
ix. Acts as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies
x. Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives
xi. Ensures all promotional process follows the local laws
xii. Pricing analysis and submit for approval
xiii. Manage and provide sales forecast of group to Demand Planner

University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
• Experience:
Mandatory: at least 2-3 year experience in Product and Trade Management for a Pharmaceutical company. Having experience in relevant position is an advantage.
• Core competencies:
o Communication skill
o Presentation skill
o Marketing skills
o Team leadership
o Change management
o Microsoft Office (intermediate)
o Good English communication
• Experience:
