Initial
- Manage marketing agencies and suppliers
- Good connection with agencies and suppliers
- Monitor marketing agencies on PR & Marketing campains and activities
- Grand relation available
- Assist Sales Manager on absence
- Communicate with potential and home buyers as developer’s representative
- Report to Leasing Manager for the Vertex Office
- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager for the Vertex Private Residences with CEO supervise
On campaign launch
- Maintain and continue to grow database
- Assist with/ drive function preparation
- Maintain all sales and communication plans
- Monitor agents to execute events
- Report on activities and status

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant degree
- Possible hospitality background
- Possible marketing experience in real estate is preferable
- Comfortable dealing with marketing agencies & suppliers
- Proficient in English
- Experienced in MS Office
- Excellent phone manner
- Personable, Articulate, Highly presentable, honest and creative
