Senior Marketing Executive

- In charge any required marketing jobs from collaterals, materials, media to sales office management
- Work and manage agencies closely to ensure the quality of work as well as meeting the timeline
- Assist Marketing Manager in planning and main responsible in execution marketing plan.
- Manage marketing process in order to support sales, KPIs related with S&M department archives target of company.
- Develop media for company's projects. Manage and prioritise the work of the team including taking responsibility for assigning marketing jobs in order to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Co-ordinate, organize and promote external and internal events.
- Market research to assess market opportunity, identify customer behaviors and insights. Monitoring and analysing market trends.
- Develop trade marketing to push sales achievements.
- Evaluate marketing activities and related impact and to inform future development.
- Process company system and paper works requirement to ensure that works completed on timeline.
- Deputize for Marketing Manager when necessary.

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized education institution
- At least 3 years experience in the marketing function of a mid to large sized organization (real estate industry)
- Experience in Sales & Marketing function
