Senior Marketing Executive

To support the Marketing Manager of an incredibly fast paced central marketing team, driving and promoting multiple successful social entertainment brands across the globe:
- Planning and implementing campaigns including development of clear objectives, promotional plan and concept; working with cross functional team to implement; reporting on success
- Regularly inputting into social media planning ; reviewing google analytics on a regular basis
- Co-ordinate regular electronic mailout initiatives
- Prepare marketing statistics and assessing the results of marketing campaigns
- Draft promotional material and liaise with the designer and printers for production
- Manage marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt -outs and bounces
- Provide assistance in developing internet presence, improving search rankings improving visibility, maintaining SEO schedule with 3rd party
- Monitoring and liaising with external websites regarding listings and marketing material
- Editing and producing all internal venue collateral, e.g. menus, etc.
- Research audiences and identify companies within different target markets as agreed with the Marketing Manager - arrange introductions or offers
- Working with the PR & Marketing Executive and Head of Sales to manage key client initiatives

Internal communications and administration
- Update and manage website using the Content Management System
- Proof reading marketing materials and printed literature
- Monitor and report on website analytics
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with team and timeline management
- Electronic and digital filing as required on the company server
- Maintaining brand standards throughout all communication

- Computer literate with experience or an educational background in marketing
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great at copy writing -- for press releases, website copy, brochures, posters, menus, e-shots, social media, etc.
- Excels in delivering campaigns from start to finish
- Has a strong sense of humour, required for the tone of Bounce and culture fit
- Enjoys going the extra mile to deliver one of a kind experiences
- Has a good knowledge of social media, social media scheduling and reporting software
- Confident presenting in pitches and presentations to senior staff

Background
- At least one year in marketing or similar role
- Experience developing a marketing strategy required
- Background in marketing a high end events/nightlife/hospitality/experiential brand desirable
- Used to work for Tech start - up company
