Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Mentor – transfer – collect customer’s voice, need which related to 5Ps (Channel, Products, Channel, Promotion, People)
- Main PIC of Channel development to maintain standard/quality of channel to maximize brand awareness at BS stores area to end-users (traffic, turnover, diversified products, awareness…)
- Training for customers to understand BS direction/program/activity & support for increasing thegood relationship of BSTVN & customers
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Channel Development
- Analysis & understand the market & customer trend/insight
- Do plan for Channel expand & maintain - Manage channel quality
- Training for all staff of dealer to keep standard of channel
- Monitor profile of FC & do improvement plan how to monitoring & manage effectiveness
- Visit dealers, survey & improvement report
2. POP/POSM support to dealers:
- Do plan & proceed prodution.
- Do plan & allocate to dealer, ensure deliver to dealer on time
- Visit dealers, survey report.
- Prepare monitoring report & improvement plan
3. Promotion & support activity for dealers
- Asist ASM to plan & conduct this program
- Ensure dealer understand well all activity of team
- Visit Dealers to get market feedback
4. Monitoring:
- Monitor allocated A&P budget;
- FC profile
5. Reporting:
- Reports as assigned;
- Frequently update & share to team (cross functional & communication keep smoothly are high expectation)
6. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned:
- Asist ASM/Manager to contribute for BSTVN with new strategy/direction.
- Brainstorm together with other team to build P&M action plan & improvement plan
- Support for internal activities;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Education: University Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics
*Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in Trade MKT, Project management including planning, execution, measurable, and preferable in working at automotive or spare-part company before
Good coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Have technical background with understanding & experience
Work experience in sales position in automotive industry is a plus
* Language:
Fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese
* Other: Willing to go for business trip and work under pressure
*Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in Trade MKT, Project management including planning, execution, measurable, and preferable in working at automotive or spare-part company before
