Senior Marketing Executive (B2B/ Financial Services Marketing)

We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a background in B2B or financial services marketing. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be working closely with the Singapore office to tailor brand and marketing activities to local market needs, and supporting Sales initiatives in Vietnam.

(*). Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Head Office Marketing team to coordinate and implement Marketing Program.
• Manage and maintain website content and social media profiles.
• Support and assist team in organising production of marketing materials for Sales activities and initiatives, as well as in event planning, e.g. brand stationery, handouts, brochures, invites.
• Work with team to organize customer and sponsored events.
• Project manage digital, print and other external vendors as necessary; Develop clear briefs and processes to ensure delivery of effective marketing materials
• Develop deep knowledge of the Vietnamese SME lending marketplace and our relative positioning, and to drive knowledge sharing across teams.
• Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements.
• Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget and KPIs.

(*). Desired skills, attributes and qualifications:
• Vietnamese with a Marketing/ Mass Communications degree, and:
• Excellent command of Vietnamese and English copywriting and editing skills.
• 3 - 6 years' proven experience in B2B marketing or marketing in the Financial sector.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of technical standards across print and web design.
• Demonstrable knowledge in social media marketing.
• Must be an enthusiastic, well-organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and confident working independently.
