Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job duties:
+ Manage product quality in SEMV.
+ Manage project tasks to ensure full qualification process are complied, product testing / components / products quality meet S.E’s.standards and appropriate process / documents are established
+ Handle, investigate and feedback to customers complaint
Responsible for:
1. Manufacturing quality focus:
+ Deploy quality control plan and robust process for all family products at shopfloor
+ Ensure minimum non-conformity happen on the system during internal, external audit.
+ All customer complaints must be timely and effectively solved, following customer request and Schneider rules.
2. Project quality focus:
+ Ensure components, finish goods, processes, equipment / tools, … are properly qualified as per S.E standards before mass production.
+ Ensure components and product meet both standard and legal requirements.
3. Quality Management System compliance
+ Drive and maintain QMS, SPS compliance in the responsible areas
+ Follow up all the internal, external audit and all action plans must be done on time.
+ Data accuracy and fact base driven for continuous improvement

(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
+ Drive PRR, MDR, NQC, DPMe and project KPIs to achieve target.
+ All customer complaints must be solved effectiveness and on time as customer request and Schneider rule
+ Ensure minimum non-conformity happen on the system during internal, external audit.

Quality engineer
+ In-process quality control and project control (part qualification, PTR, mass production).
- Ensure operators follow procedure/ work instructions.
- Lead to review MDR (Manufacturing defect rate), deploy to implement corrective actions to drive MDR meet target.
- Update defect library whenever new defect happened.
- Ensure ESD is managed properly on process.
- Implement line audit.
- Ensure all products must be with sufficient quality control plan.

+ Qualify component/process qualifications
- Deploy, review and qualify component, process at supplier.
- Update PPEP (follow SE requirement)
- Highlight critical point need to be controlled for supplier/incoming.
- Quality PTR at supplier.
- Review and approve control plan of supplier.

+ Outgoing product quality control.
- Monthly review PRR (Product return rate) and take actions to improve it
- Make sure Master sample, inspection criteria are updated.
- Make sure FG products are inspected with sufficient sampling plan / frequency and no defect ship to customer.
- All other requirements of products must be aligned with standards.

+ Ensure reports accuracy and do data analysis to address the right priorities for improvement
+ Define and carry out improvement projects
+ Training operators
+ Customer complaint handling
+ Other (Audit, support team...)

Education: Industrial/ Mechanic/ Electric major university graduated
Job Related Experience: Quality Management (at least 3-year experience) in MNC.
Experience in quality control on production and project are the advantageous.
Business Understanding: Electronic/Molding / Process and system Audit/ Risk Assessment / Project management
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English – advance level
Teamwork, Can-do attitude and result oriented
